Reporting Forms & Guidelines

The following comprises the Authority’s reporting framework for licensed Fund Administrators.

1. Statement of compliance – A licensed fund administrator shall, within four months from the end of its financial year end, submit to the Authority a statement confirming that it has complied with the provisions of the Act.  For a copy of the Statement of Compliance visit our Document Centre.
2. Annual financial statements – A licensed fund administrator shall submit to the Authority annual financial statements within four months of each financial year end.
