Description and General Information

The Money Service Business Regulations 2006 (the “Regulations”) came into force on 16 January 2007. The Regulations provide for a licensing regime for any company (unless otherwise exempted) engaging in money service business as defined by the Bermuda Monetary Authority Act 1969 (“the Act”), either in or from Bermuda.
