HAMILTON, BERMUDA – Deeply saddened by the passing of Senior Advisor Marcia Woolridge-Allwood, the Bermuda Monetary Authority (Authority or BMA) has provided an avenue for the financial services industry and associated organisations to share their messages, memories of Ms. Woolridge-Allwood and well wishes for her family.
Ms. Woolridge-Allwood passed away on Thursday, 23 September 2021, surrounded by her loved ones. Having served as a BMA employee since 1986, her contributions to the Authority, Bermuda’s financial services industry, global standards of supervision and regulation, and Bermuda at large cannot be expressed adequately in words. Due to the current public health considerations, the BMA has designed a virtual memoriam board where the public may post messages, which will then be printed, bound and given to her family.
